Expert Testimony
Howard has qualified as an expert witness before the Superior Court of California and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Alan Jaroslovsky, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of California, said in a recent ruling in which Mr. Levy appeared as an expert witness, "If there were no other evidence, the court would accept the value of {debtor's} appraiser. He appeared on the stand to be much more professional and calm than {opposing attorney's} appraiser, who was argumentative and defensive and seemed to be advocating {opposing party’s} position."
