Ryan C. Ward, MAI, is the President and CEO of Ward Levy Appraisal Group, the leading commercial appraisal firm in Sonoma County and the North Bay. Ryan has over 28 years of commercial appraisal experience which includes the appraisal of a diverse mix of property types including single-family residential subdivisions, multi-family housing, office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers, retail stores, schools, marinas, hotels/lodging facilities, conservation easements, right-of-way acquisitions, easements and other special purpose properties.
Ryan joined the predecessor company, Howard Levy Appraisal Group, in 2004 as a commercial appraiser. Prior to this, Ryan was a commercial appraiser for the independent real property valuation firm of Carneghi-Blum & Partners, Inc. (1996 - 2004). He established a Santa Rosa office for the firm in 2000, helping to expand their reach into the North Bay.
In school, Ryan earned dual degrees that are extremely well suited to his chosen career as a commercial appraiser. UC San Diego is well known and highly regarded for its rigorous Economics program. However, its Urban Studies and Planning degree is also widely acknowledged as one of the best in the nation. The dual degrees combine the technical and analytical skills of the economics discipline with the real world practicality and applications of the urban studies and planning discipline.
Ryan is a Santa Rosa native and currently resides in Santa Rosa with his wife and children.
